Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, REST APIs, modern front-end technologies, and scalable application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Python and Django.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and applications.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Implement security and data protection measures across applications.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.

- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.js.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Data Structures.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
