Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Python Developer with 812 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and cloud-native AI applications.

You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to build intelligent applications that solve complex business challenges and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Machine Learning Development:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.

- Build scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.

- Develop and optimize Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI applications.

- Fine-tune open-source and commercial LLMs for domain-specific use cases.

- Develop intelligent AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI solutions.

Python Backend Development :

- Design robust backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Data Engineering & AI Pipelines:

- Develop ETL pipelines and data preprocessing workflows for AI model training.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.

- Build vector databases and semantic search solutions using Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

- Ensure high-quality data management for AI model performance.

Model Deployment & MLOps:

- Deploy AI and ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring.

- Monitor model performance, drift detection, retraining, and optimization.

- Work with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps platforms.

Cloud & AI Infrastructure:

- Develop cloud-native AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams.

- Mentor junior AI engineers and promote engineering best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Stay updated with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

- 8 to 2 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience building AI and Machine Learning applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini), and prompt engineering.

- Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures and vector databases.

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.

- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.

- Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data modelling.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience developing AI copilots, intelligent assistants, or autonomous AI agents.

- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Speech AI, or Recommendation Systems.

- Experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS products.

- Exposure to Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI workflow orchestration.

- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Model Security.
