Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 8 - 10 years of industry experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, MLOps practices, and scalable model deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Develop and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and computer vision applications as required.

- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Deploy machine learning models using cloud-native services and containerized environments.

- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining mechanisms.

- Conduct feature engineering, model tuning, experimentation, and performance optimization.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI applications in production environments.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI applications.

- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.

- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based deployments.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience in production-grade AI systems and enterprise-scale deployments.

- Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI governance practices is desirable.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
