Antino Labs - Golang Development Lead

Looking for an experienced Golang Development Lead to design and lead scalable backend systems and microservices, with strong hands-on coding and architecture expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend development using Golang

- Design high-performance microservices & REST APIs

- Define system architecture and coding standards

- Mentor team members and review code

- Collaborate with Product, QA, Frontend, and DevOps teams

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang

- Microservices, REST APIs, concurrency (goroutines, channels)

Databases : PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Cloud exposure : AWS / GCP / Azure

Good to Have : gRPC, Kafka/RabbitMQ

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend development initiatives using Golang with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs

- Define system architecture, technical standards, and best coding practices across the backend team Perform hands-on coding, complex problem-solving, and architectural decision-making

- Mentor, guide, and review the work of team members to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Work with Frontend and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases

- Partner with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and system observability

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field at least 3+ years in Golang

- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang, including concurrency using goroutines and channels

- Proven experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs

- Solid understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture patterns

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with gRPC and protocol buffers

- Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

- Exposure to event-driven and asynchronous system architectures

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for distributed systems

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
