Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies to support business decisions

- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, insights, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams

- Automate data extraction, reporting, and visualization processes to improve efficiency

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports

- Monitor data quality issues and recommend corrective actions

- Support forecasting, planning, and predictive analysis initiatives

- Document data models, business logic, and reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik

- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Understanding of business domains such as finance, marketing, operations, or sales
