Job Description :

Ansira is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to drive technical excellence and lead the development of innovative solutions. This role is crucial for guiding a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and contributing to the architectural vision of our products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, robust, and secure software solutions across various platforms.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within the engineering team.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance for resolution.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to Ansira's products.

- Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap and long-term vision of the engineering department.

Job Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related degree.

- 9+ years of Microsoft .Net Framework, C#, HTML, JavaScript experience.

- Background in .Net MVC, .Net Web Forms, Angular 10+

- Knowledge of .NET Core API, Microservices, and Service-Oriented Architectures

- Microsoft SQL Server 2014+ (SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures)

- Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.

- Proven familiarity with SDLC, Design Patterns, UML, and system documentation

- Experience with object-oriented design and implementation and continuous deployment strategies

- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of database technologies (relational and/or NoSQL).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
