About the Role :

Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack to join our Chennai team. In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery primarily on our Java and Oracle stack. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, and owning a product end-to-end, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full-stack developers.

- Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stack.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks.

- Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmaps.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering efficiency.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an Agile environment.

What We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of full-stack experience, with at least 1 - 2 years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

- Strong experience with Oracle Database PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF).

Good to Have :

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecture.

- Experience with application/web servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).

- Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, ORDS, or Oracle Cloud.

- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI).

- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).

- Prior experience mentoring or managing a team of developers.
