About the Role:

Location: Chennai.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).

Responsibilities:

- Strong Life Insurance domain expertise.

- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting.

- Deep understanding of:

1. Policy Administration.

2. New Business & Underwriting.

3. Claims Management.

4. Billing & Collections.

5. Customer Servicing.

6. Agent/Broker Management.

7. Product Configuration.

- Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

- Agile/Scrum experience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

- Education details: Any graduation.

Required Skills:

- Strong Life Insurance domain expertise.

- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting.

- Deep understanding of Life Insurance processes.

- Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

- Agile/Scrum experience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Life Insurance digital transformation programs.

- Exposure to InsurTech products and platform implementations.

- Insurance certifications (LOMA, FLMI, etc.) are an added advantage.
