Role : Front-End Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Can-do attitude working with global product development teams in an Agile and fast-paced environment

- Implement platform product features and user interfaces

- Identify and resolve scalability and performance issues

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams on day to day basis driving agile UI development

- Architect efficient UI components that can be used by many UI projects across the company

- Provide design and code reviews to peer UI developers

- Implement node utility modules to support Continuous Integration and deployment functions

- Support QA engineers with writing UI tests

- Perform unit and other testing functions, as needed

Requirements :

- HTML & CSS experience with concepts such as semantics html, CSS preprocessors, cross browser compatibility

- JavaScript experience with frameworks such as Backbone or AngularJS

- Experience working with REST API based UI

- Experience building single page apps

- Experience working with Node modules such as bower, npm, gulp, grunt, jshint etc.

- BE or MS in Computer Science or related field

Preferred :

- Authored Open Source libraries or frameworks

- Open Source Contributions

- ES6 Experience

- Experience working with up and coming frameworks such as Polymer and React

- Knowledge of upcoming concepts such as Shadow DOM, Web Components
