Role Overview :

As a Senior Technical Architect for GenAI and Agentic AI, you will spearhead the evolution of our intelligent systems, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and data science teams to design and deploy sophisticated AI agents that redefine how users interact with complex planning data. This role is pivotal in shaping our long-term AI roadmap, ensuring that our conversational and agentic frameworks deliver measurable business value and seamless user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance platform intelligence and user productivity.

- Design robust, scalable microservices architectures that integrate LLMs and RAG frameworks into existing enterprise workflows.

- Lead the implementation of advanced Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning strategies to ensure high-accuracy, context-aware conversational outputs.

- Collaborate with engineering leadership to select and optimize VectorDB and AI infrastructure, ensuring low-latency performance for global users.

- Mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for AI integration, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge in the enterprise planning software market.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI architectures, specifically focusing on LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows.

- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain production-grade AI services.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, communicating effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong grasp of microservices architecture and cloud-native development, ensuring AI solutions are modular, secure, and highly available.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- A minimum of 13 - 24 years of professional experience in software architecture and 4 years AI/ML development.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup at our Gurgaon office, collaborating with global teams across different time zones.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
