We are looking for a results-driven Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, analytics initiatives, and business insights across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem definition to delivering actionable insights.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define metrics, and measure impact.

- Mentor a team of analysts/data professionals to deliver high-quality work.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and advanced models to track KPIs and business performance.

- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and recommendations.

- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility.

- Implement best practices in analytics, BI tools, and data visualisation.

- Drive automation and scalability of analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 57 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

- Experience leading teams/projects and managing multiple priorities.
