Job Title : Senior Software Developer - Java (Healthcare)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong design capabilities to join our mission-driven team building cutting-edge healthcare applications. Youll play a key role in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring ecosystem.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and regulatory environments (HIPAA, ISO 13485, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build microservice-based healthcare applications using Java (11/17) and Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR is a plus).

- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and domain experts.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and system design discussions.

- Support deployment and troubleshoot production issues in regulated environments.
