About the job :

As a Product Definition Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring successful delivery of Billing Mediation solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities :

- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, complete, and testable functional requirements.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs, define business priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Work closely with Development and Quality Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to clarify requirements and support implementation.

- Create and maintain user stories, business process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure business requirements are accurately represented in technical solutions.

- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

- Analyse production issues, data discrepancies, and operational challenges to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

- Contribute to process optimisation, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled business analysis practices.

The Ideal Candidate :

- Experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Functional Analysis, or a similar role within software delivery environments.

- Strong ability to gather, analyse, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product delivery practices.

- Understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, event-driven systems, and modern cloud-based architectures.

- Experience working with data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business teams, Product Owners, developers, testers, and operational teams.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, business domains, and industry practices.
