Altizon - Senior Software Engineer - Java/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35 years of professional software development experience.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others relevant to the tech stack.

- Experience with web application development frameworks and technologies.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with database design and SQL.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation.

- Understanding of microservices architecture
