Altizon - L1/L2 Support Engineer/Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for web applications using ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, and MongoDB.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and user queries efficiently.

- Work closely with development teams to escalate, diagnose, and fix bugs.

- Assist in minor application development, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

- Monitor application health and perform routine maintenance tasks.

- Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and customer support to improve user experience.

- Participate in daily standups and contribute to agile development processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 23 years of experience in a technical support or software development role.

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend support and development.

- Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework.

- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous
