Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Agentic AI) to join our growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development, cloud-native applications, and modern AI technologies, with hands-on experience building intelligent agent-driven systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

In this role, you will design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications that leverage Agentic AI capabilities, enabling autonomous decision-making, multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. You will work closely with product managers, architects, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Design & Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java (11+) and Spring Boot.

- Build and enhance full-stack applications with clean architecture and maintainable code.

- Develop reusable components, services, and APIs to support business-critical workflows.

- Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance.

Agentic AI Development :

- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks and workflows.

- Develop agent orchestration frameworks with state management, memory handling, and tool integrations.

- Build AI-powered solutions that leverage reasoning, planning, and decision-making capabilities.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications.

Generative AI & LLM Integration :

- Integrate Large Language Models through platforms such as AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services.

- Design prompts, agent instructions, and structured output mechanisms to optimize AI performance.

- Implement function-calling frameworks and tool-use capabilities for AI agents.

- Develop robust validation and error-handling mechanisms for AI-generated responses.

- Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.

API & Integration Development :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and webhook-based integrations.

- Integrate internal and external systems through secure APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Build middleware and service layers to support AI workflows and enterprise integrations.

- Ensure API scalability, monitoring, documentation, and version management.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Utilize AWS services such as : 1. EC2 2. S3 3. Lambda 4. SQS/SNS 5. EventBridge 6. API Gateway 7. Cognito.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Database Management :

- Design and optimize relational database schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Develop efficient queries and improve database performance.

- Implement data access layers using Hibernate/JPA.

- Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions.

- Implement microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.

- Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3-6 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong experience in backend and full-stack application development.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in production environments.

Technical Skills :

Backend Development :

- Strong proficiency in :

1. Java 11+

2. Spring Boot

3. Hibernate/JPA.

- Experience with object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

APIs & Integrations :

- Hands-on experience designing and integrating :
