We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate product performance, conduct user and market research, and translate data into actionable insights.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct market and user research to analyse customer needs, business requirements, and industry trends, translating insights into frictionless customer journeys.

- Define product strategy and contribute to the creation of prototypes, feature concepts, and long-term product roadmaps.

- Collaborate closely with Business, and UX teams to shape product flows and user experiences.

- Partner with Engineering teams to ensure smooth development, execution, and timely product launches.

- Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality product delivery without any issues/defects.

- Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, user research, specification writing, testing, and performance tracking.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 1-3 year of product management experience post engineering.

- B.Tech from IITs, NITs, BITS, or other reputed engineering institutions.

- Prior software development experience is an added advantage.
