Altimetrik is looking for an Engineering Leader Data & AI to lead the design, delivery, and growth of enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI solutions. This role combines technology leadership, client engagement, people management, and business transformation to drive measurable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Data & AI strategy, architecture, and delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Build and scale modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-powered applications.
- Drive adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
- Establish engineering best practices for quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Support solutioning, pre-sales, and executive-level client engagements.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in Data & AI.
Required Experience :
- 18+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or AI.
- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and enterprise programs.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and MLOps.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Streaming, and Real-Time Analytics.
- LLMs, AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and AI Governance.
- Platform Engineering, DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Product-centric and outcome-driven delivery mindset.
