Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack / Tech Lead Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, and REST APIs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

Java Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop robust business logic using Core Java and modern Java development practices.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop microservices-based applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Implement exception handling, logging, validation, authentication, and authorization.

- Apply appropriate design patterns and SOLID principles.

- Troubleshoot complex application and backend issues.

- Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks.

React Frontend Development :

- Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components.

- Develop frontend functionality using JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate React applications with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.

- Implement client-side validation, error handling, and application state management.

- Optimize frontend performance and responsiveness.

- Ensure consistency, usability, and maintainability of frontend applications.

Full Stack Development :

- Work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers to deliver end-to-end features.

- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop reusable components and common frameworks.

- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

Microservices & API Development :

- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures.

- Develop REST APIs for internal and external application integrations.

- Define API contracts, request/response structures, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.

- Implement secure communication between services.

- Troubleshoot API performance, latency, and integration issues.

- Ensure APIs follow security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Database & Data Management :

- Design and implement database structures required for application development.

- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database operations.

- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.

- Perform query optimization and troubleshoot database-related performance issues.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficient transaction management.
