Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead the creation of AI-powered finance technology products that transform enterprise financial data into action. In this role you will define and deliver next-generation finance capabilities that include predictive modelling, trend analysis, risk identification, automated insight generation, and faster anomaly detection across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success measures for AI-enabled finance technology products.

- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology teams to identify high-value business problems.

- Lead cross-functional delivery of digital products and intelligence capabilities.

- Translate complex financial data into user-centred products.

- Manage stakeholder alignment across senior business and technology audiences.

- Monitor product performance using agreed metrics.

Essential Skills:

- Minimum 15 years' experience in Digital Product Management, leading platform or data products.

- Evidence of delivering strategic transformation initiatives using data, cloud, analytics, or AI.

- Strong Finance, Accounting, Data, or enterprise technology domain experience.

- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Ability to define product success measures.

- Experience delivering AI-powered, machine learning, or automated insight products.

- Knowledge of financial performance management, forecasting, or anomaly detection.

- Experience with agile product delivery practices.

- Exposure to enterprise data platforms and cloud-based analytics.

- Product management or agile certification.
