Role Overview :

As a Product Manager at ALLEN Digital, you will play a key role in building a cutting-edge education platform that brings the best of offline learning to the digital worldfocused on personalization, engagement, and scalable outcomes. Youll work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and user experienceleading cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful product solutions. What we are looking for :

- Bachelors degree from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs).

- Experience at a high-DAU consumer product where retention was the North Star.

- MBA from Tier I B-schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable.

- 2 to 10 years of prior product experience.

- Experience in delivering software products (from ideation to delivery) is a must.

- Prior experience of building consumer products from scratch (and not just minor optimizations) is a massive plus.

- Strong understanding of business and product metrics, logical problem-solving skills, and deep insight into consumer behaviour are essential.

- Must be highly motivated to solve meaningful problems in the EdTech space for students, teachers, and parents.
