Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of drivers and applications for Alif Semiconductor SoC IPs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C programming, ARM architecture, and communication protocols, along with hands-on experience and knowledge of USB stacks, USB protocols and low-level driver development across RTOS and Embedded Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize USB controller drivers for Alif Semiconductor SoCs.

- Develop and maintain USB Host and USB Device functionality.

- Develop and validate USB class drivers/applications.

- Develop, integrate, and maintain Embedded Linux USB driver, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Work on ARM-based architectures, SoCs, and evaluation boards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the open-source community to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Utilize Git-based version control systems for efficient code management and collaboration.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Years Exp : 4 - 10 years of Embedded Software Development in USB driver.

- Academic Background : Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or Electronics ECE or any other equivalent.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Knowledge of USB driver development, USB Host and device architecture.

- Hands-on experience with USB controller drivers.

- Good understanding of USB Stack.

- Solid understanding of ARM architecture, SoCs, and board-level bring-up.

- Hands-on experience with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART.

- Strong proficiency in C programming with experience in embedded environments.

- Experience working with Git-based workflows.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
