Job Summary :

Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and system design.

- Good knowledge of MLOps and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered applications.

- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems through APIs and data pipelines.

- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong software engineering, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML and AI applications.

- Experience with model monitoring, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of modern AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP is an advantage.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
