About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and product-oriented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering, system design, and scalable application development. The ideal candidate should have experience building products from the ground up and thriving in fast-paced startup environments.

This role is part of the engineering team working on Unistack, our Agentic Factory platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the existing codebase, developing new capabilities, conducting testing, and driving rapid execution within a lean, high-impact team.

Key Requirements:

- 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong backend development expertise with a product-building mindset.

- Proven experience in designing and developing scalable applications and platforms.

- Experience working in startup ecosystems, preferably in roles such as Technical Lead, CTO, or Technical Co-founder.

- Strong understanding of System Design and High-Level Design (HLD).

- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of feature development.

Tech Stack:

- Mandatory: Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, React.js, LangGraph, REST API Development, System Design, High-Level Design (HLD).

- Preferred: Experience building AI-driven or agentic platforms, scaling products from concept to production, and exposure to cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance features on the Unistack platform.

- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.

- Participate in architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.

- Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical features.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and code quality standards.

- Ensure timely execution and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
