Job Title : Lead Python Full stack Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for frontend development and Python (preferably with Django/Flask/Fast) for backend development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building modern, scalable web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend (React.js) :

- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.).

- Translate UI/UX designs into interactive user interfaces.

- Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.

Backend (Python) :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

- Handle integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

General :

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.

Required Skills :

- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Strong experience with Python and one or more web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)

- RESTful API development and integration

- Git/GitHub or other version control tools

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines

Database experience : SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
