Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer at AIFA LABS, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying high-impact AI systems that solve real-world challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software architects, and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust, production-ready AI applications. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction of our agentic AI frameworks, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also highly scalable and reliable for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop sophisticated Agentic AI workflows to automate complex decision-making processes for enterprise clients.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve the accuracy and context-awareness of LLM-based applications.

- Engineer high-performance APIs using FastAPI to ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing production environments.

- Optimize distributed systems to handle large-scale data processing and model inference, ensuring low latency and high availability.

- Refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize the performance and reliability of generative AI outputs across diverse use cases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming with a focus on building production-grade AI and machine learning systems.

- Proven ability to design and deploy LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain.

- Deep understanding of generative AI architectures and the ability to apply them to solve specific business problems.

- Strong experience in building and maintaining distributed systems that support high-concurrency AI workloads.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team.

- A minimum of 5 to 15 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI development, with a track record of delivering scalable solutions.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
