Role Overview :

The AI Transformation Architect / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) serves as a critical bridge between Aara Tech's advanced AI capabilities and our clients' strategic business needs. This role involves deeply understanding client challenges, designing comprehensive AI-driven solutions, and leading their hands-on implementation and integration within client environments. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical workshops, architecting scalable AI systems, developing custom integrations, and ensuring the successful adoption and performance of our AI products. The FDE directly influences client success by translating complex AI concepts into practical, impactful solutions that drive significant business outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and technical infrastructure.

- Lead the hands-on implementation, integration, and deployment of Aara Tech's AI platforms within diverse client environments to achieve seamless operationalization.

- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical teams, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations effectively.

- Conduct technical deep-dives and workshops to educate clients on AI capabilities, identify potential use cases, and articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the deployment and post-deployment phases, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of AI systems.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for data preparation, model training, and MLOps to client teams, fostering their self-sufficiency and long-term success.

- Influence product development by relaying client feedback and market insights to internal engineering and product teams, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design and implement complex AI/ML architectures, including deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision, within enterprise settings.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting intricate business problems and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and client engagement, building trusted relationships and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a premier institution.

- Adaptability to work in dynamic client-facing environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
