About the Role :

As an AI Tech Lead, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI and intelligent automation. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will build AI solutions, create reusable AI accelerators, establish engineering best practices, mentor developers and support customer engagements. You will work closely with business leaders, architects, delivery teams and customers to convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. AI Solution Development :

- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications using modern LLM technologies.

- Build scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.

- Design architectures using RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering and multi-agent workflows.

- Build secure, production-ready AI applications.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption.

2. Build AI Accelerators :

- Develop reusable AI assets such as AI Copilots, Customer Service Assistants, RAG Frameworks, Prompt Libraries and Workflow Automation Agents.

- Build intellectual property that reduces implementation effort across projects.

3. Retail & E-commerce AI Solutions :

- Design AI-powered solutions for Product Discovery, Product Recommendations, Customer Support, Product Content Automation and Intelligent Workflow Automation.

4. Technical Leadership :

- Define AI engineering standards and best practices.

- Review architecture and code quality.

- Mentor junior AI engineers.

- Guide project teams on technology choices.
