Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI & Agentic Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation autonomous AI systems. This role will be responsible for architecting enterprise-grade agentic workflows, ensuring scalable orchestration, governance, and compliance across AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building the orchestration layer, enabling AI agents to reason, collaborate, and execute tasks aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Multi-Agent Orchestration :

- Design, develop, and scale enterprise-level agentic workflows using modern frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools

Governance & Compliance :

- Implement governance-as-code frameworks to ensure Responsible AI practices including data privacy, PII protection, and policy enforcement

AI Intake & Evaluation :

- Develop frameworks to assess and validate new AI concepts for feasibility, security, and business impact

Human-in-the-Loop Systems :

- Architect intelligent workflows where AI-generated outputs require human validation for critical decisions

AI System Reliability :

- Ensure scalability, robustness, and performance optimization of AI-driven systems in enterprise environments

Technical Skills Required :

Strong experience with Agentic AI Frameworks :

- LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex (Agentic RAG)

Hands-on experience with Snowflake Ecosystem :

- Snowflake Cortex (LLM functions)

- Streamlit (UI development)

- Expertise in LLMOps & AI Evaluation

Strong understanding of AI security practices, including :

- Prompt injection mitigation

- Data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).pdf)

Experience Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering / IT Architecture

- 2 - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture

- 1+ year of experience working on Agentic Systems / Multi-Agent Architectures
