Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.

- Create, optimize, test, and evaluate prompts to improve model performance, accuracy, and user experience.

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python for backend services and React.js for frontend development.

- Integrate AI models and APIs into business applications and workflows.

- Build scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.

- Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and system behavior.

- Implement best practices for model orchestration, prompt management, and LLM evaluation.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Participate in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and deployment of new AI use cases.

- Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer Profile with AI/LLM Implementation focus.

- Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 2+ years of total software development experience, with minimum 1 year hands-on on AI / GenAI / LLM-based projects.

- Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have built AI / LLM solutions (assistants, chatbots, copilots, or workflow automation) using OpenAI / Gemini / Claude / Llama or similar.

- Mandatory (Experience 3) : Must have direct customer/stakeholder-facing experience requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.

- Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong proficiency in Python with a backend framework (FastAPI / Flask / Django) and REST API development.

- Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have hands-on React.js experience with strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and frontend-to-backend integration.

- Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have hands-on Prompt Engineering, working knowledge of RAG, and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen or equivalent).

- Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have SQL and database design knowledge with sound software architecture fundamentals.

- Preferred (Background) : Prior experience in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or enterprise software integrations.

- Preferred (Education) -: Bachelor's in CS / Engineering / IT or related field.
