Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable Generative AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise ecosystems to drive automation and innovation for our core business units.

- Lead the technical strategy for Large Language Model (LLM) implementation, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure high-accuracy outputs for complex client requirements.

- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to establish rigorous model evaluation frameworks, ensuring that all AI deployments meet stringent performance, security, and compliance standards.

- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence, guiding the team through the complexities of AI model lifecycle management and infrastructure optimization.

- Partner with executive leadership to translate business pain points into actionable AI roadmaps, securing stakeholder buy-in and driving organizational adoption of emerging technologies.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Gen AI Expertise : Deep knowledge of Generative AI (pure Gen AI, no ML required).

- Gen AI Technologies : RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP, A2A implementations.
