Role Overview:
As an AI Scientist at Rayosys, you will spearhead the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions. Your daily contributions will involve architecting end-to-end pipelines, refining deep learning models, and ensuring that our AI-driven products deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience across our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement advanced deep learning models, including R-CNN and RNN architectures, to solve complex computer vision and sequence modeling challenges for our clients.
- Design and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, utilizing LangChain and RAG frameworks to enhance information retrieval and automated content generation capabilities.
- Develop robust time series analysis models to provide actionable business insights and predictive forecasting for large-scale enterprise datasets.
- Optimize and maintain machine learning algorithms within production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability across Big Data infrastructures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing SAP GLM frameworks, driving automation and data accuracy across enterprise workflows.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and data validation to ensure the reliability and ethical integrity of all deployed AI models.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling AI models using Python, PyTorch, and Tensorflow, with a deep understanding of underlying mathematical and statistical principles.
- Proven ability to design and implement NLP and Computer Vision solutions that address real-world business problems.
- Strong proficiency in managing Big Data workflows and applying application clustering techniques to optimize model training and inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of 6 - 12 years of professional experience in data science and AI research, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our various office locations in Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata, Indore, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, and Gurgaon.
- A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
