Role Overview:

As an AI Research Scientist, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and research initiatives that define the next generation of intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement advanced deep learning architectures to solve complex problems in computer vision and natural language processing.

- Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to the deployment of production-ready AI models.

- Optimize large-scale model training and inference pipelines to improve computational efficiency and performance across distributed systems.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate LLM-based solutions and prompt engineering strategies into existing enterprise platforms.

- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation within the team.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and research papers to maintain a competitive edge in model accuracy and architectural innovation.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying sophisticated models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.

- Proven ability to architect deep learning solutions for computer vision and large language model (LLM) applications.

- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs for specific business use cases.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical research to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

- A minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience in research-focused AI roles, with a track record of delivering high-impact technical outcomes.

- Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.

- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous technical challenges in a Bangalore-based office setting.
