Job Title : AI Project Manager (AI PM)

Experience : 6-10 Years / 10-14 Years

Location : PAN India (Any Location)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30-45 Days (Maximum)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager with a strong blend of AI and Project Management expertise (approximately 60% AI and 40% PM experience). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end AI transformation projects and driving the integration of AI solutions into business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI projects.

- Drive the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for AI strategy, research, planning, and execution.

- Utilize AI technologies to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

- Understand and apply AI solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and data monetization platforms.

- Support AI platform adoption and troubleshoot basic platform issues such as login, navigation, and document generation challenges.

- Work with technical teams on fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Ensure successful deployment, governance, and monitoring of AI-powered applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience with LLM and Agent Frameworks such as :

1. Azure OpenAI

2. LangChain

3. AutoGen

4. LangGraph

5. Crew AI

- Good understanding of :

1. Function Calling / Tool Calling / API Calling

2. Prompt Engineering

3. Chunking Strategies

4. Hallucination Management

5. Fine-Tuning Techniques

6. Tokenization Concepts

- Experience implementing RAG-based Generative AI solutions.

- Experience building Knowledge Layers for AI Agents, including :

1. Vector Databases

2. Knowledge Graphs

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Proven project/program management experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.

- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
