What Youll Do :

- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI features from idea to prototype to production

- Translate abstract ideas into working products in hours or days (not weeks)

- Collaborate closely with engineers who code faster than most people can spec

- Talk to users, read between the lines, and turn chaos into clarity

- Work directly with leadership (including the CPTO) on product strategy

- Balance speed with quality build fast, but dont break trust

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving tech companies

- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g. LLMs, GPT-based tools, recommendations, vision, NLP)

- Youre fluent in how models work transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.

- Comfortable working with engineering maybe you even prototype yourself

- Strong product sense you know when to ask why, and when to say ship it

Bonus Points If You :

- Have an engineering degree from a Tier 1 college

- Have worked in a zero-to-one or founding team setup

- Read AI papers for fun and know what RAG means without googling
