Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Product Manager to join our innovation team in Gurugram, tasked with spearheading the development of next-generation intelligent solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex machine learning capabilities and tangible user value, translating abstract technical potential into intuitive product features. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to navigate the end-to-end product lifecycle. By leveraging your expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models, you will drive strategic initiatives that redefine how our customers interact with our platform, ultimately delivering measurable business growth and superior user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the comprehensive Product Roadmap, ensuring alignment between emerging AI capabilities and long-term business objectives.

- Architect and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based features that solve critical user pain points and enhance operational efficiency.

- Partner with engineering and data science teams to oversee model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes, ensuring high-quality, scalable AI outputs.

- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications to streamline the development lifecycle.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation that maintain our market leadership.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent updates on product performance, technical constraints, and strategic pivots.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead AI Product Management initiatives, specifically in the development and deployment of LLM-based applications.

- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to production-scale delivery.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of using data-driven insights to iterate on product features and optimize model performance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.

- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a deep understanding of modern AI frameworks.

- Minimum 6 to 9 years of professional experience in product management, with a clear focus on building and scaling AI-centric products.
