An experienced AI & Data Product Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent agentic solutions for Investment Management clients.

This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML product strategy, strong conceptual knowledge of AWS cloud services, and a solid understanding of investment management operations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute product vision for AI-powered solutions including agentic systems, intelligent automation, and data-driven platforms that address Investment Management business challenges.

- Agentic Solution Design : Drive development of autonomous AI agents for portfolio analytics, trade surveillance, client servicing, research automation, and operational workflows.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with investment professionals, operations teams, compliance officers, and technology leaders to translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.

- AWS Platform Knowledge : Understand AWS services ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.) to communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Delivery & Execution : Lead cross-functional agile teams through product lifecycle from ideation to production deployment, ensuring alignment with FSI regulatory standards.

- Value Realization : Define success metrics, track KPIs, and demonstrate measurable business impact from AI/data initiatives.
