AI-Native Systems Builder

Job Description :

We are seeking an AI-Native Systems Builder to join our team at Darwinbox, an enterprise HCM platform used by hundreds of large organizations across multiple countries. This role is part of our fundamental shift to rearchitect the product and company to be AI-native, and we are looking for individuals who can think deeply about product, systems, and AI to drive this transformation.

About the Role :

The AI-Native Systems Builder role exists because the most important work in our transformation doesn't fit traditional job boundaries. It requires individuals who can hold multiple aspects in their head, including product thinking, systems engineering, enterprise domain knowledge, and AI, while shipping working systems. This role is ideal for those who care more about solving problems than about which lane it falls in.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise problems and turn them into working systems

- Think deeply about the realities of enterprise software, including permissions, auditability, multi-tenancy, scale, configurability, and edge cases

- Design, build, validate, and iterate on solutions using AI-native development workflows extensively

- Understand business context and validate solutions against real enterprise complexity

Required Skills :

- Ability to think in systems and consider downstream implications and edge cases

- Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications

- Experience in building and shipping systems, not just prototyping

- Ability to simplify complex problems and think creatively

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in enterprise software development

- Knowledge of HCM platforms and their complexities

- Strong opinions about AI tools and their transformative potential

Qualifications :

- No specific background or label is required, but a strong track record of building and shipping systems is essential

- Ability to work independently and think critically about complex problems
