KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including GenAI, Agentic AI, NLP, and image recognition solutions.

- Work on projects utilizing Agentic AI and GenAI models as a core component of the solution and developing advanced deep learning architectures.

- Build and maintain robust scalable application pipelines for cloud or on-premise environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (including operations, supply chain, sales, finance, generation and customer relations) to identify needs and prioritize initiatives that align AI/ML solutions with business objectives and drive business value.

- Assist customers in crafting their requests, manage team workflow, and review final artifacts.

BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI systems, integrating them with backend technologies and enterprise applications, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed solutions.

- The role also involves maintaining safe AI development standards, managing data effectively, collaborating with customers to tailor solutions, and providing ongoing application maintenance and support.

KEY SKILLS :

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

- Strong ML fundamentals & multi-agent orchestration.

- GenAI (LLMs including open source LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering).

- Agentic AI (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MetaGPT).

- Capable of incorporating GenAI and Agentic AI models in solutions, which may involve areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, among others.

- Effective problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.

- Proven ability to integrate AI/ ML models with enterprise systems while ensuring high-quality, maintainable and robust solutions.

- Understanding of Utilities operations.
