We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps, along with proven experience leading AI initiatives from ideation to production.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring of AI engineers while delivering scalable, cloud-native AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, MCP, and related orchestration frameworks.

- Design intelligent AI workflows leveraging embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.

- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Implement cloud-native AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions) or equivalent cloud services.

- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and governance.

- Develop high-quality solutions using Python and SQL while following engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7- 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in AI/ML engineering.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with :
