Job Description :

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI / Solutions Engineer who can build and implement AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and full-stack development, along with the ability to work directly with customers and end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or equivalent models.

- Build AI features including assistants, chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation.

- Work directly with customers and end users to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django and build REST APIs.

- Develop responsive frontend experiences using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Integrate AI models and APIs into business applications, workflows, and enterprise systems.

- Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM orchestration to improve application quality and reliability.

- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent tools.

- Design databases and work with SQL while applying sound software architecture principles.

- Build and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.

- Evaluate AI outputs and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and system behavior.

- Rapidly prototype, experiment, test, and deploy new AI use cases.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver customer-focused AI solutions.

- Ensure applications meet requirements for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 2+ years of total software development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLM projects.

- Proven experience building and shipping LLM-powered features such as assistants, chatbots, copilots, or workflow automation.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or equivalent models.

- Experience working directly with external clients or end users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Strong experience with REST API development.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including frontend-backend integration.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG.

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and software architecture fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Software Integrations.

- Experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Exposure to AWS or GCP cloud-native application development.
