Roles & Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Application Building : Design, build, and ship custom AI-native web applications, internal tools, and interactive dashboards from scratch.

- Backend & API Architecture : Develop scalable Python backend services, RESTful APIs, and context-aware AI pipelines.

- RAG & Prompt Engineering : Implement robust prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks, and context management systems.

- Rapid Prototyping : Leverage modern AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly validate, prototype, and iterate product features.

- Performance Optimization : Continually optimize production applications for execution speed, cost efficiency, and infrastructure scalability.

Total Experience : 2 - 6 years

Must-Have Skills :

- Full-Stack Development Ownership : 2+ years of software/AI engineering experience with strong Python backend development skills and hands-on frontend expertise in React or Next.js.

- LLM API Integration : Proven track record of shipping end-to-end applications integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face).

- Core Technical Stack : Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, system design, data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy), embeddings, and RAG architectures.

- Production-First Mindset : Focus on applying AI into shipped, user-facing production products rather than theoretical model training.
