About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

The candidate will be responsible for designing intelligent AI-driven applications, developing agentic workflows, integrating LLMs, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business use cases.

- Build and deploy Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.

- Develop intelligent, autonomous workflows using LLMs, AI agents, tools, and external APIs.

- Design multi-agent systems and orchestrate interactions between multiple AI agents.

- Develop AI/ML applications using Python, .NET, or Java.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications and business workflows.

- Implement solutions involving prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration.

- Leverage Azure and AWS cloud services to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML applications.

- Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications.

- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.

- Conduct experimentation, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI models and agent workflows.

- Troubleshoot technical issues across AI applications, integrations, and cloud environments.

- Maintain technical documentation covering AI architecture, workflows, integrations, and deployment processes.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML frameworks.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, or related software engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

- Experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions.

- Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and/or CrewAI.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, .NET, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Experience developing APIs and integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of AI/ML model development, evaluation, and deployment.

- Strong knowledge of software development principles, system integration, and scalable architectures.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
