About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building machine learning models, working with large datasets, and deploying production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for business use cases.

- Build scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks.

- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and experimentation.

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Develop REST APIs and microservices for serving machine learning models.

- Implement model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement practices.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.

- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects is preferred.

- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an added advantage.

- Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.

- Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Generative AI applications.

- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB.

- Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.

- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Spark is a plus.
