AI/ML Engineer - Python

- Design, train, and evaluate ML models for classification, detection, and prediction tasks

- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation

- Optimise models for production: quantization, ONNX export, and inference efficiency

- Develop and expose model serving APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML into live systems

- Monitor model performance in production and iterate based on real-world feedback

- Stay current with research and evaluate new architectures and techniques

What We're Looking For :

- 2-6 years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering

- Strong programming skills in Python; solid grasp of OOP and software design

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

- Familiarity with classical ML algorithms and deep learning architectures

- Experience with model evaluation, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment

- Experience with computer vision or NLP pipelines is a plus

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
