We are hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer cum Data Scientist with strong expertise in Computer Vision, Document AI, and Generative AI. The role focuses on building real-world AI solutionsfrom model development to production deploymentacross image, video, and unstructured document data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI solutions for image understanding, OCR, document structure recognition, and video analytics.

- Build end-to-end ML pipelines : data strategy, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Work on GenAI use cases including Prompt Engineering and RAG over unstructured data.

- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision.

- Experience with OCR, object detection, segmentation, and document AI.

- Exposure to GenAI (Prompting, RAG, LLM workflows).

- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and Python.

- Experience building and deploying ML solutions in production.

Preferred :

- Experience in industrial vision systems, document processing, or video analytics.

- Exposure to semi-supervised/active learning and model optimization techniques.

- Background from reputed institutes or research exposure is a plus.
