Role Overview :

As an AI and ML Engineer, you will spearhead the development and deployment of intelligent systems that power our recruitment ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate complex business requirements into scalable machine learning solutions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our matching engines, providing personalized career recommendations and optimizing talent acquisition workflows for our clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to enhance the accuracy of our talent-matching algorithms.

- Implement Generative AI solutions to automate candidate screening and improve communication workflows for our recruitment partners.

- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure the seamless integration and monitoring of models in a production environment.

- Analyze large-scale datasets using advanced statistical techniques to uncover actionable trends in the job market.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data processing workflows, ensuring high performance and reliability of our core platforms.

- Develop computer vision and NLP models to extract structured insights from unstructured resume data and job descriptions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

- Proven ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulation using Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and Big Data technologies.

- Strong proficiency in developing and deploying NLP and Computer Vision applications to solve real-world business problems.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.

- Experience in designing and managing MLOps lifecycles, from data ingestion to model deployment and continuous monitoring.

- A solid foundation in statistical analysis and data science principles, typically supported by a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating both independent problem-solving skills and collaborative team spirit.

- 5 - 10 years of professional experience in developing and scaling AI/ML solutions in a high-growth environment.
