Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-caliber AI/ML Engineer to join our Bangalore-based innovation team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building scalable intelligent systems, working closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads to transform complex data into actionable business intelligence.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models - from experimentation and prototyping to production deployment. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, enabling us to deliver personalized, cutting-edge experiences to our global user base and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines that automate decision-making processes, ensuring high availability and performance for our end users.

- Integrate Generative AI models into existing product architectures to enhance user engagement and streamline content generation workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications and scalable AI solutions.

- Optimize model latency and accuracy through rigorous testing and iterative refinement, directly impacting the efficiency of our core service offerings.

- Maintain clean, modular, and production-ready codebases to facilitate seamless collaboration within the engineering team and ensure long-term system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Proficiency in Python for developing sophisticated algorithms and data processing scripts, coupled with a deep understanding of modern machine learning frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing Generative AI solutions, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering output and business objectives.

- Strong analytical mindset with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.

- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- 1 - 4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in a professional production environment.
