Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer based in Gurugram, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw real estate data into actionable intelligence. You will work closely with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to build, deploy, and scale machine learning models that power our core analytics platforms. Your day-to-day will involve bridging the gap between complex data science research and robust production environments, ensuring that our AI-driven insights remain accurate, scalable, and highly performant for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to automate data extraction and predictive analytics for real estate market trends.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing workflows to enhance natural language processing capabilities and improve user interaction with our data platforms.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Python-based ML services with our existing .Net architecture to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality.

- Monitor and optimize model performance in production to ensure high accuracy and low latency for end-users.

- Apply PMP methodologies to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations during the development lifecycle of AI initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for data manipulation, model building, and scripting, alongside a solid understanding of .Net frameworks for enterprise system integration.

- Proven ability to implement and fine-tune LLMs to solve complex business problems, showing a deep understanding of modern NLP techniques.

- Strong grasp of project management principles, ideally supported by PMP certification or equivalent experience, to drive technical projects from conception to delivery.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI/ML concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 1 - 4 years of professional experience in an AI/ML engineering role, with a demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Gurugram.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
