Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with machine learning algorithms, and a good understanding of data science and deep learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.

- Build AI-powered applications and predictive models.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.

- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune ML models for production.

- Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and data processing tools.

- Deploy machine learning models using cloud platforms or APIs.

- Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and business teams.

- Research and implement the latest AI/ML technologies and best practices.

- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Python.

- Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.

- Experience with data analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

- Understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

- Experience with SQL and databases.

- Familiarity with Git and version control.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, RAG, or Vector Databases is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MLOps and model deployment.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working with REST APIs.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
